What other people say

Every review below states how the reviewer got their drive — free, at the founding price, or bought at full price. Nobody is paid for a positive review, and we don't ask for one.

Video reviews

Long-form reviews from people who have actually used the drive.

None yet — the first drives are still going out

The founding run has only just shipped. Rather than fill this page with something we wrote ourselves, it stays empty until somebody who owns one has something to say.

When reviews do appear here they will be linked to the original — the full video or post on the reviewer's own channel, not an excerpt we chose.

Written reviews

From buyers, forums, and anyone who put their name to it.

None yet

Same rule. When there are reviews, good and bad ones both go here.

Own one? Tell us what you think

Good or bad. We publish both, and we don't edit them.

Yes, reviews are moderated — here is exactly what that means

Every submission is read by a person before it appears. That is only to keep out spam, abuse, illegal content and things nobody should have to scroll past. It is not to filter out criticism.

A bad review will not be rejected for being bad. If the drive disappoints you, say so and it goes up. A page of nothing but five stars tells a reader nothing, and anyone who has been on the internet a while knows it.

What does get rejected: obvious spam, anything unlawful, personal attacks on named people, and material that is grossly offensive. Nothing else.

Never published. We use it to confirm the review is really from you.

We label every review with this, so readers can weigh it.

Post video to YouTube, Rumble or wherever you normally do and drop the link here — we link to the original rather than re-hosting a clip of it.

Up to 4, 8 MB each. JPEG, PNG or WebP. We strip all metadata from every photo before storing it, so nothing about where or when it was taken travels with the picture.

Up to 50 MB — a short clip. Anything longer, put it on YouTube or Rumble and paste the link above. Metadata is stripped from video too.

How we get reviews

Stated plainly, because a review page with no policy behind it is worth nothing — and because you should be able to weigh what you read here.

LabelWhat it means
Free unit We gave this reviewer a drive at no cost. They owe us nothing and were promised nothing in return.
Founding price They paid the founding price rather than the regular price, and agreed to post an honest review once they had used it.
Bought it Paid full price, no arrangement with us at all.
